続報, news about Isamu Kaneko

ここには弁護人や他の支援者から得た、公開できる情報を書いていきます。

12日: 被告人に勾留決定
12日: 弁護団結成、事務局長には壇俊光弁護士が就任。
13日: 金子氏が弁護人を通じて、みなさまの支援に感謝の意を伝えています。新井が公式な支援活動することの確認も取れました。

I will write brief news from lawyers and other supporters in this article.

12th: Detention is allowed (10-20days detention after 48hours arrest)
12th: Defending team is now officially established. Leading counsel is Toshimitsu Dan.
13th: Isamu Kaneko said 'thank you for supporting me' through lawyer. He agreed to establish an official supporting organization by ARAI Shunichi.

Mais, ce mouvement est deja une lutte contre l'autorite du droit de l'auteur, parce que M 47 qui est arrete fait aussi la meme lutte.
